Context: Our team's proposal focused on gig economy drivers and the complex dynamics of driver-rider relationships. Specifically we identified the need to humanize drivers and created a prototype that would inspire meaningful connections.

Approach: I contributed to the development of our user experience map, synthesized feedback from user testing, and created a short animated video that conveyed our idea visually.

Outcome: Our proposal was selected as a top idea by openIDEO, and sparked discussions with one of the major ridesharing companies.
